In connection with the above, the creators are interested in leading PKM which intends to provide guidance on giving scale leaves which are believed to be a treatment for diarrhea in Candirejo Village. To achieve this goal, proactive and dynamic administration and regulation are needed that cover all fields, be it government, private or regional. Conclusion : The tepid sponge and warm water compress are one of the nursing actions that have been proven effective in overcoming hyperthermia in children with febrile seizures.The purpose of welfare improvement is to strive to further develop the highest welfare status that can really be expected. Additional diagnoses are diarrhea, ineffective airway clearance, less nutrition than body requirements. That the nursing problem was resolved on the first patient on the third day while the second patient was resolved on the fourth day. Results : It was found that nursing problems were focused, namely hyperthermia associated with an increase in metabolic rate marked by an increase in body temperature. The number of respondkents in this case study was two children. Diagnosa tambahan yaitu, diare, ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas, nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh. Bahwa masalah keperawatan teratatsi pada pasien pertama hari ketiga sedangkan pasien kedua teratasi pada hari ke empat. Hasil : Ditemukan masalah keperawatan yang difokuskan yaitu hipertermi berhubungan dengan peningkatan laju metabolisme ditandai dengan suhu tubuh meningkat. Jumlah responden dalam studi kasus ini sebanyak dua orang anak. Metode : Metode hasil studi kasus menggunakan deskriptif dengan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan prioritas, perencanaan / intervensi, tindakan/implementasi serta evaluasi. Tujuan : Melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan anak kejang demam yang mengalami hipertermi dengan tindakan kompres dan tepid sponge air hangat di RSU UKI Jakarta. "Pendahuluan : Kejang demam merupakan kelainan neurologis yang paling sering terjadi pada anak usia enam bulan sampai empat tahun, dimana anak akan mengalami bangkitan atau suatu perubahan fungsi otak secara mendadak yang disebabkan oleh aktifitas yang abnormal serta adanya pelepasan listrik serebral yang sangat berlebihan atau sering disebut bangkitan kejang yang disebabkan oleh kenaikan suhu tubuh (suhu rektal lebih dari 38☌).
